The State of Arkansas has a comprehensive waste tire program. Our Solid Waste District is responsible for management of the Waste Tire program for Benton County. The state is divided into 11 Waste Tire Management Districts which are funded in part by the advance disposal fees paid at the time a consumer purchases a new tire.
Benton County citizens (age 18 and older) may dispose of up to four passenger tires, without rims, per week at no charge. A fee will apply to additional tires, tires on rims, larger tires, etc. Please see the price list below.

The following locations are Public collection centers. Citizens and waste tire dealers may drop-off tires in the semi-trailers located at these facilities during business hours of the facility ONLY!
