What is Recycling?
Recycling is a process through which waste materials can be manufactured into reusable forms. Recycling saves energy and reduces pollution by reducing the need for virgin resources. The purchase of recycled products is the final step in the recycling process.

Curbside Pickup Programs

Drop-off Collection Centers
There are several permanent recycling drop-off centers in Benton County. Typically these facilities allow access to bins for drop-off of household recyclables 24 hours per day. Click here for locations and typical materials.

School and Non-Profit Recycling Collection
The District offers a recycling pickup program for area schools and non-profit agencies. District staff will pick up recyclable materials from these facilities, usually at no charge. Click here for more information.
