What is Recycling? Recycling is a process through which waste materials can be manufactured into reusable forms. Recycling saves energy and reduces pollution by reducing the need for virgin resources. The purchase of recycled products is the final step in the recycling process. LOCAL OPPORTUNITIES Whether through curbside recycling pickup, drop-off collection centers or recycling drives, Benton County citizens have many opportunities to recycle.
