SOLID WASTE DISTRICT RECYCLING CENTERThe District facility located at 5702 Brookside Rd in Centerton accepts the following bulky waste items. See the fee schedule below for additional information. These items are accepted during our Recycling Facility hours only. Click here for hours.
SCRAP METAL DEALERSIf you have metal items to recycle, you may be able to sell them to a scrap metal dealer. If the item was manufactured to contain refrigerant (such as refrigerator, freezer, air conditioner, etc.) you will likely need to have the refrigerant recovered before recycling the item. Federal law requires that items manufactured to contain refrigerant must be evacuated by a properly trained and certified technician in order to reduce the risk of the release of refrigerant into the atmosphere. It is illegal to cut or intentionally break the refrigerant lines on any automobile or appliance.
